The Jarvis Model 425-16 is a hydraulic-powered hock cutter designed primarily for sheep hock cutting before fleece removal. It is also suitable for beef tail removal and hog hock cutting. This compact and robust tool offers a super-fast cutting cycle and high cutting force, making it ideal for demanding applications. For optimum operator comfort, it is available with either a pistol grip or straight handles. The cutter features anti-tie down controls for safety, is made from corrosion-resistant materials for hygiene, and meets national and international hygiene and safety requirements.
